Event description

This webinar aims to deliver entry-level knowledge of claims management and an overview of the South Australian Return to Work Scheme. This course is essential to anyone new to ReturnToWorkSA practices, or as an informative refresher. Content provides an overview of the new South Australian scheme, the role of key stakeholders, what you can expect when a claim is made, calculation of average weekly earnings, income support and weekly payment reimbursement requests, and the rights and responsibilities of employers and injured worker.

This webinar will be split into two 1.5 hour sessions with a short break in between each session, as follows:
Session 1: 9am - 10:30am 
Session 2: 11am-12:30pm

The webinar will be held of Microsoft Teams. The link will be sent to participants 7 days prior to the event.
