With sweeping views overlooking the Brindabella Ranges and Namadgi National Park and an abundance of flora and fauna, Lanyon Homestead is just 15 minutes from Tuggeranong and 30 minutes from Civic, making it the perfect venue for your special day.

A place of history, landscape and of many generations, Lanyon is a very special Canberra setting for weddings, birthdays and special celebrations. Our garden rooms can accommodate weddings, family reunions, picnics and more. The Murrumbidgee Marquee and petit Field Room are perfect all weather venues, with catering provided by The Barracks cafe.

Our free wedding open days allow you to discover the beauty, charm and possibilities of this stunning venue, with no commitment to book.

Lanyon precinct offers a unique location and venue - one of a kind heritage listed site with incredible views and grounds.

Our experienced Wedding coordinator will take you on a tour of the various lawns and venue spaces and answer any questions you may have.
