Event description
Take a journey inwards by joining our weekly healing meditation circle and feel relaxed and rejuvenated.
As a hugely beneficial life skill, meditation clears the mind, relaxes the body and soothes the nervous system.
Every time we meditate we are self-healing. As well as slowing down the brain waves and reducing the cortisol levels in the brain, meditation reminds us of who we are and helps us to get into the receptive mode and re-program the subconscious mind. These things are super powerful.
Meditation assists in opening the third eye (our 6th Chakra between our eyebrows) which is the energy centre of clear-sightedness. We may become more intuitive and reach conclusions more easily, and we might get more creative ideas flowing and 'downloads' from our angels or the universe. Meditation can help with things like brain fog, anxiety and sleep.

Cost: $15 (Groupon Vouchers are accepted)
Try to arrive at 9.30 am, visitor parking is available at the front of the building, if not there is plenty of street parking. The actual meditation will begin promptly at 10 am.
After the meditation, you are welcome to stay for some light morning tea.
What to bring: a notebook + pen (if you wish to take notes), and a water bottle to stay hydrated. Wear comfortable clothing.

My name is Emma (or Emmy) I'm a Spiritual Life Coach and a huge advocate for meditation.
