Event description

Find calm, connect with others in community, offer kindness to the world, and receive some yourself.

In these online meditation sessions we’ll be sharing wisdom drawn from the respective practice traditions of Tibetan Buddhism, but through a secular lens. We’ll also explore strategies for resilience and self-care based on years of experience teaching emotional intelligence in the workplace.

Taking time to pause and take a bigger view can help you sustain yourself in your role of supporting others, whether it’s your team, clients, or family.

We’ll explore how we can come together as conscious human beings in this extraordinary time -- how to meet the challenges, and how to engage with this moment as an opportunity for growth, understanding, and even awakening.

Each session will include a guided meditation, short group discussion, and a practice for cultivating resilience in daily life.

Everyone is welcome regardless of experience in meditation and mindfulness or cultural/religious background.
