Wednesday night is meditation night at Safety Bay Yacht Club, with a sound immersion / healing thrown in every 4 weeks. Come join us for a series of unique, modern takes on the ancient practice of meditation. Suitable for all levels of experience. Leave feeling relaxed, chilled out, and with a newly harmonized vibration. All are welcome.

WHAT TO BRING - Warm, comfortable clothing, water bottle, yoga mat ( or similar) , pillow , and blanket.( Some meditations are seated. Some laying down). Optional - eye cover.

Wed 27 Oct 7pm - Chakra meditation with tibetan singing bowls. This is a sitting up meditation , using our energy and imagination to activate, align, and harmonize our wondrous chakra's with embodied transmission guided meditation and sound vibration through the bowls.
