Travel instructions

The Calyx within the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney, is a 10-15 minute walk from St James, Martin Place or Circular Quay railway stations. Metered parking is available on Mrs Macquaries rd, a 5-10 minute walk from the Calyx. Bus number 441 stops at the Woolloomooloo Gates a 5 minute walk from the Calyx.

Please enter the Calyx, our horticultural display centre from 10 am.

Introduce yourself to the Calyx front of house staff, who will show you were to wait for your guide.

Hazards

Uneven surfaces and gentle inclines. The best gates to enter by are; the Woolloomooloo Gate (closest gate to the Art Gallery of NSW) or the Government House Gate (north of the Conservatorium of Music). Both allow all abilities access and there are no stairs between the gate and the Calyx.

Toilet location

Accessible toilets are available at the Calyx.

Accessible parking

2 Dedicated spaces are available adjacent to the Woolloomooloo Gate and metered parking is available free of charge along Mrs Macquaries rd with the clear display of an approved NSW government disabilities parking permit.
