Weed Management Planning Session
Event description
The Upper Plenty Merri Catchments Landcare Group are aware some landowners have already been requested to provide weed management plans to Mitchell Shire Council. As Council is committed to actively ensuring landowners understand their responsibilities and implement Weed Management Plans, join us for a morning where you will:
- Learn about your obligations
- Learn what options there are to get on top of weeds - particularly Blackberry and Gorse
- Get help to write your weed management plan from the experts
Meet other locals and learn what they have been doing and how Landcare can help.
Registration and a morning tea starts at 9.30am for a 10am kick off. We will provide lunch from around 12.00 once all the plans are done. Please register for catering purposes. We look forward to a great event and getting in top of those weeds across our community.
