SIBA 2-Day Hevajra Cause Empowerment with His Holiness 43rd Sakya Trizin
Description
The Hevajra practice is one of the most comprehensive and profound practices of Vajrayana Buddhism, and is at the heart of the Sakya tradition.
It is indeed a rare and precious opportunity to receive the Hevajra Cause Empowerment from His Holiness the 43rd Sakya Trizin, the Head of the Sakya Order of Tibetan Buddhism, in the serene and tranquil environment of SIBA Retreat Centre, Victoria.
Usually people travel overseas to receive this high empowerment, and we are very fortunate to have His Holiness bestowing it right here in Australia.
The empowerments will be given at 2pm on both the Friday 20th March and Saturday 21st March, and there will be other teachings, meditations and practice sessions around these times. It is essential that you attend both days of the Hevajra Cause Empowerment.
As the retreat finishes at 5pm on Saturday, 22nd March, you are welcome to stay until Sunday, 23rd March. There will be a Red Tara Empowerment on the Sunday morning, which you are also welcome to attend.
The booking fees include teachings, accommodation and vegetarian meals.
For shared accommodation, if you are travelling by car and can do so, please bring your own single sheets, pillow case and sleeping bag or doona. There is bedding available if you require it.
It is encouraged that you book early to avoid missing out on this excellent opportunity.
