An exciting introduction to the transformative and restorative style of breath, Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery (RBM).

Anthea + Natasha, RBM Practitioners, will support you to explore, clear + re-wire beliefs that no longer serve you. 

This beautifully gentle breath will only take you as far as your psyche feels safe enough + willing enough to go.
