As part of our Sound, Stillness and Soul Retreat weekend - book your space for SATURDAY ONLY workshop from 10am - 4:30pm this is a jam packed day.

This day is all about YOU! We will offer a beautiful and powerful meditation, a sacred ritual/ceremony of cacao, chanting and movement.

You will be supported to explore your own inner senses through emotional balancing and energy awareness, Chakra work, intuitive development and even some Light Language transmissions and activations.
