2.30 -3.30 pm arrive at venue

5pm yoga vinyasa flow
6.30pm broth

Evening ...Relaxation / Sauna / hot tub

Saturday 25th May
8am lemon and ginger tea
8.30 am meditation

9am linseed, psyllium and apple cleanse drink
9.30 walk down to the lake for cold swim
11am greens juice
12pm Holotropic Breath-work
1.30pm detox juice
Afternoon – opportunity to journal.. to read .. to connect

wood-fired sauna /hot tub / relaxation

4pm Yoga
5.30pm warm vegetable broth
6.30pm – essential oils - including creating an oil roller to take home

Sunday 26th May

8am lemon and ginger tea
8.30 am meditation

9am linseed / cleanse drink
pack up and meet 1030 for lake side yoga and a fresh morning dip

followed by optional sauna

Shared Bunk Room (2 rooms with 4 beds in each)
