About the Program
A wellness series dedicated to movement, mindfulness and meaningful connection, now with FREE sessions!
Every Saturday morning, Baillie Hill will host up to three sessions with a rotating lineup of local instructors across yoga, Pilates, boxing, and more on the Market Lawn. 🧘♀️
Join solo or bring a friend, and start your weekend beneath the morning sun, moving your body.
When you're done, there's no rush to leave. Let the morning roll into coffee and breakfast at Milly’s Acre, with 10% off breakfast on the day of your session. 🥞
All sessions are free, with registration required.
Lineup
Zen Gaia
Take a gentle pause from the busyness of everyday life and enjoy a moment of calm through sound healing. This session combines gentle guided meditation with the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other sound healing instruments, creating space to slow down, relax, and reconnect with yourself.
Rise & Box
Rise & Box offers an approachable take on boxing, combining movement and strength in a supportive, high-energy environment. Get ready for an empowering session designed to leave you feeling strong, capable and ready for the day.
Form Society
Experience our traditional Form Society-style Pilates class, a perfect blend of classic Pilates repertoire, combined with a spicy influence of barre, modern movement and strength training. Expect a full-body burn that will leave your legs shaky and wanting more. Level up when you’re feeling spicy (we know you’ve got it in you!) or dial it back and move at your own pace. We’ll kick things off with mobility, turn up the heat and finish with a well-deserved stretch.
