Weekly Life Drawing Classes July 3 - September 4

Have you ever wanted to learn how to draw the human figure, or maybe you're keen to hone your skills in life drawing? These classes are suitable for beginners or those with experience. The classes are relaxed and friendly and you will be guided by Yvette on the basis of your experience.

Classes are 6 - 8pm from 4 July - 4 September.

**Please note that most sessions are now fully booked. There are currently spots available for the last 4 weeks (14/8, 21/8, 28/8 4/9) or ask to be placed on a wait list in case of cancellations. There is also a 3.5 hour intensive Sunday 30 June 1- 4.30 with 2 models ($85/$65). Contact me for more details.

Fees for standard/concession are:

$340/$290 for the full 10 week term
$190/$160 for 5 consecutive weeks
$45/$38 single session

Fees covers the cost of the venue, instruction, equipment (easels etc) and the model, tea & coffee and a glass of wine. Newsprint and charcoal is provided but you will need to bring all other paper and drawing materials.

Yvette Watt is an artist and teacher with many decades of experience. Yvette has a Bachelor of Education (Art), a Masters in Fine Art, and a PhD in Fine Art. She has taught all age groups and was a lecturer in visual arts at the W.A. School of Art and Design from 1994 -99, and at the UTAS School of Creative Arts and Media, including as Head of Painting, from 1999 - 2022.
