Event description

Welcome to a weekly, untutored, relaxed life drawing session in one of Ipswich's most loved venues. Join other creatives to build upon drawing skills or just have fun exploring a new interest. 

Sessions run every Wednesday 6pm - 8pm. 

Arrive 5:45pm to set up.

Cost: $25 general, $20 Concession

29th January to 2nd April 2025.

Casual basis, no commitment needed to future classes.

Absolute beginners to seasoned artists welcome. 

Basic materials provided or bring your own (no solvents or oils).


What you need to know:

5:45pm arrival for a strict 6pm start. Doors close - no late entry. 

7 - 7:15pm break for food, drinks, bathroom - no entry/exit during poses.

18+ participants only.

Location:

Stony Creek Brewing Company - Events Room

88 Limestone Street, Ipswich

Food and drinks available to order from the bar. Just let the staff know if you would like your food served for the short break at 7pm. Drinks can be brought into the session.

 

Respect the model:

The model is here to pose for artistic purposes - you must participate in drawing.

- no photography or phone use

- digital drawing tools must have lenses covered

- keep respectful distance of 1.5m from the model's working space

- polite, quiet and respectful communication with others between poses only, limit talking during poses
