Description

a little midweek reset 🌸

Tuesday nights can feel like you’re already deep in the week - the weekend feels far away, there’s still plenty on the to-do list, and your brain is already thinking about everything that needs to happen tomorrow.

So this is your invitation to pause.

To step out of the doing, the thinking, the rushing and the noise - and give yourself an hour to simply rest.

As we move into spring, come and take a little time to reset, soften and create some space for yourself.

This is a different kind of self-care.

One that doesn’t ask you to achieve, fix or become anything. just to receive.

Simply lie down, close your eyes, and allow the sound to wash over you as you settle, unwind and let your body and nervous system move towards a deeper state of rest.

No experience required.
No expectations.
No need to be good at relaxing.

Just come as you are.

what to bring:
Yoga mat & blanket, and anything else you need to feel as comfortable as possible - eye mask, pillow/bolster etc. Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended.

Come as you are.
Come take a breath.
Come rest.
Come reset. 🌿

I can’t wait to see you there 🤍
