Welcome Dinner

As a welcome to current and new students, let us introduce the Welcome Dinner. What a time to have a BBQ in the peak of summer with the smell of snags and kebabs cooking. This is the best time to dig into a big cook up on the lawns and chat with your new friends! And accompanying such a feed is our amazing Fire Dancers.

The UC Concourse Lawns are accessible just down from Building 1, in front of Building 2, which is very accessible with a ramp on the far side. We attempt to cover as many dietaries, especially Gluten Free and Vegan options, as we can at our food events, please ask us if you have any concerns about possible allergens or dietary requirements.

The Social Intensity Scale for this is 4/5 as you will be continuously talking to a range of people and your friends while you join us for dinner!

We are always flexible and willing to work with our students so we want to hear from you if there are any accessibility requirements that will make it easier to attend our event!
