Te Whanganui-a-Tara based Eyegum Music Collective are stoked to announce Welcome to Nowhere 2024!

The next instalment of our 2.5 day festival will be held over Waitangi weekend, 2nd-4th February 2024 in our very own patch of paradise hidden just outside Whanganui.
We're back to offer you a curated and eclectic line up of awesome and unusual talent featuring a range of music, poetry, performance and visual art produced by some of Aotearoa’s most exciting independent artists. Festival goers will spend the weekend surrounded by bush, birds and new friends. 

On arriving at Nowhere, you will find a festival experience that is entirely unique and a community atmosphere that is welcoming and open. Choose between dancing to incredible musicians from all around the motu (and further abroad), listening to award winning poets and comedians or taking a dip in the swimming hole which sits sheltered in a limestone ravine. Immerse yourselves in innovative art installations or watch theatre performed with the rolling green hills of the Manawatū as your backdrop. 

Now an integral fixture within the local alternative music and creative scene, Eyegum continues to learn and grow on previous years. In doing so, we aim to make Welcome to Nowhere the best little festival on offer this summer to those who are willing to make the journey.
