Refund policy

All ticket sales for 333 are final. Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind, personal circumstances, travel issues, illness, failure to attend, or arriving after the advertised entry time. If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund in accordance with applicable Australian consumer law and the terms of the ticketing platform. If the event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Any refund rights resulting from a reschedule will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and the ticketing platform’s terms. Changes to the event that do not materially affect the overall experience — including changes to DJs, set times, running order, rooms or other entertainment — do not automatically entitle the ticket holder to a refund. Tickets may be refused or cancelled without refund where a guest is denied entry or removed from the venue for intoxication, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour, failure to comply with venue rules, or other lawful reasons. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept this Refund Policy, the venue’s conditions of entry, and any applicable ticketing platform terms. 333 reserves all rights available under applicable law. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude any rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
