We are thrilled to host the QUT Resilience Centre's (QUTRC) first research community showcase for Higher Degree by Research (HDR) Students - Resilience in Action: HDR Showcase. We invite you to join us in celebrating this exciting milestone as we welcome HDR Students, undergraduate students, faculty and staff from across QUT.
The QUTRC aims to redefine resilience by leveraging cutting-edge research, innovative solutions, and collaborative partnerships to tackle the world’s most urgent global challenges. With a focus on interdisciplinary approaches, the Centre is committed to driving impactful research in areas that address the interconnected environmental, social and economic challenges of our time, while fostering collaboration across academia and industry.

- Guest Speaker: Prof. Kerrie Wilson, Queensland Chief Scientist and QUT Professor, will share her expertise on the role of research and collaboration in building resilient futures, drawing on her experience as an industry leader.
- Interdisciplinary Speed Talks: Hear from HDR Students across schools and faculties as they present an introduction to their research, showcasing the breadth of work happening at QUT that aligns with the QUTRC's vision of resilience.
- Networking Reception: After the talks, enjoy nibbles and drinks and connect with fellow researchers, faculty, and the QUTRC team!
