Welcome Winter Harp & Meditation workshop

Join this wonderfully relaxing workshop, facilitated by harp therapist, Ali Paisley who is generously ‘Playing it Forward’ by offering a free class to the local community. Participants will be taken through a variety of mindfulness and meditation approaches, accompanied by the harp. The harp is an ancient instrument that has been used throughout the ages for healing, mental health and enjoyment. Participants can choose

to sit in a chair or bring a yoga mat and blanket.
