Welcoming Church

There exists a wonderful opportunity to integrate new people into the life of the congregation if the church becomes intentional about their Welcoming. 

Join in with this online four-part series led by Rev Mat Harry to explore why welcome matters so much and how to become more intentional about it.  By the end of the series participants will:

·         Understand how people become integrated into congregational life.

·         Analyse their congregation’s current reality.

·         Design a contextual Welcoming Pathway.

·         Identify who could be responsible for each stage.

·         Develop a strategy for embedding welcome into congregational culture.

Wednesday evenings over Zoom from 7:30 – 8:30pm

-          Oct 14 – Designing a Pathway

-          Oct 21 – Embedding Welcome into Church Culture

Sessions will be recorded and made available to those who have registered.  So, if you can’t attend any sessions you will not miss out.

This series has been updated with an improved ‘Educational Framework’ to ensure it is even more implementable.
