Hi, I’m Fiona Tate,
I’m a 54-year-old mother of two wonderful grown children, originally from the UK. After living in four countries, I made Aotearoa New Zealand my home in the 1990s, and settled here permanently in 2015.
With a background in supporting small businesses—bookkeeping, accounting, staff management, and beyond—I founded Sorted Out in 2018 to help others bring clarity and structure to their work and lives.
My journey didn’t stop with spreadsheets and systems. Driven by a deep desire for meaningful connection, healing, and personal growth, I became a certified Robbins-Madanes Life Coach in 2024 and, in 2025, trained as a Red Tent Women’s Circle Facilitator.
I’m embracing my calling to hold space for grounded, spiritual, and joyful connection through women’s wisdom circles. I’ve always been drawn to the holistic and the mystical—seeking peace, authenticity, and abundance. I believe in creating spaces where women can reconnect with themselves, each other, and the ancient rhythms that guide us.
Let’s remember who we are, together.
