Wellbeing at Work: Critical Approaches

The workshop aims to engage critically with wellbeing policies and practices, particularly in workplaces, to a) provide a critical analysis of these practices and, b) suggest possible avenues to construct wellbeing policies in workplaces that achieve genuine results for individuals and positive changes in organisations.
