As part of our commitment to your child’s wellbeing, we would like to invite you to another of Kilbreda’s Wellbeing Breakfast for parents facilitated by the Counselling Team. The focus will be on Understanding Anxiety, how it presents, the anxiety cycle and what we can do to manage it. We will discuss supportive strategies that are useful both whilst at school as well as home.

We anticipate it will only take 45 mins of your time.

When: Wednesday, 14th of May, 2025

Where: In the Kilbreda meeting Room, enter through the front office at Gate 2.

Time: 8.00am – 8.45am
