Event description

Wellbeing Day by the Bay is a free, inclusive event designed for people with disability, their carers, families, and supporters. Join us for a relaxing and uplifting day of creativity, connection, and calm by the sea.

Enjoy a crystal bowl visualisation, vision boarding and manifestation, live music from the Redcliffe Peninsula Drum Circle & Jammalong, and inspiring speakers with lived experience.
