Ballarat Libraries is proud to present Wellbeing Matters, a series of monthly sessions focusing on general wellbeing. Learn, share and connect in these engaging sessions involving local guest speakers sharing their knowledge and wisdom to help us lead happier and healthier lives.  

Sleep is key to health and wellbeing, so why can’t we get enough?  

Uncover the science of sleep in this engaging workshop with Annette Subhani from New Pathways Life Coaching. Learn how sleep allows for the healing of heart, mind, body and spirit. This session will equip you with new insights and empower you with strategies to change sleep habits including your very own personal sleep diary.
