Wellbeing: Strategies for better health, sleep and thinking
This workshop will introduce you to the most recent evidence-based practices for improving your wellbeing. You will learn:
How sleep affects your wellbeing:
Why sleep is such an important component of health
Review your current sleep routines that are helping or hindering you
Review a wide range of current evidence-based practices that improve sleep (at least 16 of them)
Develop a strategy for improving your future sleep
How key aspects of your health affects wellbeing
How distorted ways of thinking affect your wellbeing
We will look at Dr Burns 10 thinking distortions and what you can do to change your thinking practices
This workshop will be delivered by Linda or Peter Watson who both bring over 20 years of experience in delivering learning experiences.
