Wangaratta and Wodonga Wellbeing Workshops
Join our Wellbeing Workshop Series! A special space just for survivors of family and sexual violence. Healing is different for everyone, so our five-session program covers all aspects of your well-being. Each workshop gives you practical tools, emotional support, and a sense of community. Come to one or all — it's your choice.
Our 5 workshops cover the topics:
- Financial Empowerment – budgeting and financial planning for independence
- Parenting Support – Effective communication and coping strategies
- Art Therapy – Practicing self-care, compassion, and creativity through crating self-care boxes
- Legal Guidance – Understand your rights and legal options after trauma
- Mindfulness & Meditation – Calm the breath, calm the body, and calm the mind.

Workshops will be held in both Wangaratta and Wodonga.
