Event description

Join our Wellbeing Workshop Series! A special space just for survivors of family and sexual violence. Healing is different for everyone, so our five-session program covers all aspects of your well-being. Each workshop gives you practical tools, emotional support, and a sense of community. Come to one or all — it's your choice.

Our 5 workshops cover the topics:

  • Financial Empowerment – budgeting and financial planning for independence
  • Parenting Support – Effective communication and coping strategies
  • Art Therapy – Practicing self-care, compassion, and creativity through crating self-care boxes
  • Legal Guidance – Understand your rights and legal options after trauma
  • Mindfulness & Meditation – Calm the breath, calm the body, and calm the mind.

Let's build a supportive community where survivors can find comfort, encouragement, and the tools to rebuild their lives.

Workshops will be held in Wodonga.

Proudly funded by the Kyamba Foundation and supported by Gateway Health , UMFC, Hume Riverina Community Legal Service and Hogan Health Consulting.
