Moving away from the wellness industry and back to the evidence, we explore what is really meant by the terms wellbeing and wellness and how this applies to your life and your choices. Simply put, in this short course we explore who you are, what’s important to you, and how to use this knowledge to create a framework for living your life forward. You will be implementing the strategies as we talk so you can leave the class with a simple yet powerful toolkit that you can use every day to minimising unnecessary drama.
