Join us in a nurturing and creative space for fortnightly Wellness & Wellbeing Circles, welcoming both men and women to explore gentle and powerful practices that reconnect you to your centre.

This event is open to teens aged 15+ with parental permission required to attend.

Each circle offers a soulful mix of:

🌀 Somatic Movement
🎶 Sound Healing
🎨 Art Therapy & Creative Practice

These 90-minute sessions are designed to help you slow down, tune in, and awaken your creative spark — all while surrounded by stunning artwork and lush forest surrounds at our Brookwater gallery. Please arrive by 6.45pm.

Facilitated by Co-Founder Marie Ferguson, an Advanced Breathwork Facilitator and Global Platform Speaker with a Masters in Education (Specialising in the Arts). With decades of experience guiding people of all ages through the transformative power of breath and body, Marie holds space for connection, creativity and deep inner awareness.
