In Good Company: A Wellness Series for Business Owners

Running a business can be exhilarating — and it can be lonely in ways most people never see. The stress, the rejection, the pressure to have it all figured out: business owners are often expected to push through it all in silence. In Good Company exists to change that.

This four-part series creates real space — not another networking event, not another productivity hack — for honest conversation, reflection, and collective care, with an intentional focus on entrepreneurs of color whose experiences are too often overlooked. Through guided dialogue, coaching, mindfulness, gentle movement, and genuine community, you'll leave with practical tools for your mind and your business alike, because the two were never really separate.

Across four monthly sessions, you'll:

Reconnect with the why behind your business and leave with a refreshed Purpose Statement
Get honest about stress and overwhelm, and build a Personal Balance Map that actually fits your life
Reframe rejection and build a Resilience Toolkit for the hard seasons
Find your people, and co-create a Community Care Commitment with fellow business owners walking the same road

You don't have to hustle your way through this alone. Reserve your seat in In Good Company and invest in the kind of leadership that's sustainable for the long run.
