We are excited to announce that Alshawa Estate is launching a new wellness series called 'Wellness in Nature'. We have curated these events with leading facilitators on the Sunshine Coast to offer you a variety of wellness experiences.

At Alshawa Estate, we believe in the harmony of MIND. BODY. PLANET. Our 'Wellness in Nature' series is designed to nurture this harmony with the natural beauty of our estate to rejuvenate and restore being one with self and nature.

Join us for our first event in the series on Friday, September 6 and drop into nature's soundscape with sound immersion and meditation led by the amazing KELLY LANDRY.

Kelly, with over two decades of experience in various holistic practices including yoga, breath work, reiki, and sound healing, will guide us through an hour of deep relaxation and connection. Recharge and reset your mind and body in the lush, tranquil surroundings of our beautiful estate.
