All too often we are snoozing the alarm, rushing out the door, spilling our coffee and the whole day snowballs downhill from there.
A morning routine is the best way to start the day slowly and consciously, prioritising yourself and moving into your day with a sense of peace and calm. Creating a domino effect on the rest of your day.
Join me on Google Meet with likeminded souls, sipping on delicious cacao (recipe will be provided), moving our bodies with a gentle yoga flow, collecting our thoughts with some journaling and regulating our nervous systems with breath awareness.
I'm so excited to have you there!
Please bring:
- your own cacao or hot drink (recipe and information for cacao will be provided)
- a yoga mat
- a pen and journal
