The Wellness Warriors gathering is an is an initiative of Gold Coast United Football Club. The first event will be held at the Gold Coast United Football Club on 7th June 2025.

The gathering aims to promote mental health and wellness for men aged 18 and over. It will feature leading speakers who will provide valuable knowledge and skills for living a purposeful and meaningful life. During breaks, participants can visit the Wellness Expo to learn about various organizations.

Attendees at the Wellness Warriors Gathering will receive free membership in the ‘Wellness Warriors Club’ for ongoing mental health and wellness support.

Wellness Warrior Gathering Speakers:

Dr Serne Kemp . A/Deputy Director of Medical Services, Medical Services/MTAU, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. Focused on medical leadership and rural and remote primary care.

 Luke Foster. Former Australian Army Veteran. Psychologist. It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more.

Denan Kemp. Leading Online Sports Content Creator. Former professional National Rugby League NRL footballer.
Ben Hannant. Radio Announcer at Triple M 92.5 Gold Coast. Former Australian Rugby League footballer and boxer.

Mike Handley. CEO and Director of RED SIX. Former Australian Army veteran.

Kristian Reece. Finance Specialist - Broker with SW Brokerage. Former professional 'A' League Footballer.
Joel Ludwik:Dietitian - Eating Easier.

Mike Walker. Manager Anytime Fitness Miami Gold Coast.



The event is scheduled over the King’s birthday weekend, allowing men from across Australia to enjoy the Gold Coast’s beautiful winter. All men are welcome at the Wellness Warriors Gathering.
