🌍👫Conscious Connections – I will share wisdom on a meaningful topic, creating a supportive space for reflection and connection. Everyone is welcome to share from the heart—whether it’s thoughts on the topic or whatever naturally arises. There’s no pressure, just an open, heartfelt exchange. From time to time, I will invite a special guest to share their wisdom, creating space for questions and deeper discussion.

☯️ Balancing Yin & Yang – we will harmonize our energy through the complementary practices of:
🌀 Spring Forest Qigong (Yang) – flow into a gentle movement meditation designed to awaken vitality and support your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Practice standing, sitting, or lying down—whatever feels best for you! All ages and ability are welcome 🙏

💫Energy Healing (Yin) – relax and receive as I guide you through intuitive palm healing blending Reiki and other modalities in a soothing, non-contact experience to help you release, relax, and restore. A beautiful healing meditation will play in the background, creating a deeply immersive and rejuvenating experience.

✨Even though we’re gathering online, energy knows no boundaries—you will feel the benefits just as if we were in the same room!

The pricing below has been thoughtfully crafted with the healing power of the number 9 in mind; inviting vitality, balance and harmony into these sessions through each carefully chosen figure.

First session: $9

Second session and thereafter: $18

One month (4 weeks/4 sessions): $63 (saving of $9)

3 months (12 weeks/12 sessions): $171 (saving of $45)

*No transfers of sessions from the monthly or 3 monthly sessions

What to bring?:

- blanket to keep warm during the Energy Healing

- a yoga mat or towel to lie down for Energy Healing
