Event description

Welcome to the Wellness Wings for Women in Business: Mindset for Business Day Workshop.

This workshop is designed for women business owners and leaders, equipping them with practical tools to strengthen resilience, well-being, and psychological flexibility in the face of unique challenges.

As women in business and leadership, we navigate pressures that often go unspoken—yet they profoundly shape our well-being.

This program, originally adapted from the Wellness Wings Mental Fitness Program for healthcare professionals, accredited by the RACGP (Royal Australasian College of General Practitioners), has been tailored specifically for :

  • Female Entrepreneurs: Whether you’re just starting your business or have been running it for a while, you know how critical it is to have a resilient mindset to navigate the ups and downs of entrepreneurship successfully.
  • Senior Leaders: If you’re in charge of a revenue center or leading a team to deliver on revenue targets and business goals, this workshop will equip you with the mindset and strategies you need to thrive.

This workshop will provide you with evidence-based tools and strategies you need to take charge of your mental health,  enhancing your personal well-being and building resilience.

This workshop is about:

✅ Rewriting the narratives we tell ourselves—shifting from self-sabotage to self-support.
✅ Transforming inner dialogue—taming the inner critic and cultivating confidence.
✅ Preventing burnout—tracking our nervous system, recognising overwhelm, and knowing when to pause.
✅ Building sustainable support—because well-being is a marathon, not a sprint.

Too often, we try to present as perfect—saying no to the very things that light us up. This workshop helps find the sweet spot—shifting from “should” to value-driven wants and needs.

That’s why this workshop takes a holistic approach:
✨ Inside-out—by strengthening mindset and emotional resilience.
✨ Outside-in—by setting up the right structures and strategies for sustainable success.

You will explore practical solutions for managing stress, improving emotional regulation, cultivating self-compassion, and addressing the unique challenges you face in business. With these tools, you’ll be equipped to handle the pressures of your role while maintaining balance in your personal and professional life.   .

What You'll Get Out of the Workshop:

By the end of this workshop, you will have gained essential skills to enhance your mental well-being and positively influence those around you. These tools will support collaboration, peer connections, and shared learning in your business environment. You’ll learn to:

  • Demonstrate greater psychological flexibility
  • Develop self-awareness
  • Apply resilience-building strategies
  • Use effective coping techniques
  • Cultivate self-compassion and integrate self-care practices
  • Implement evidence-based wellness strategies

Morning tea and Lunch will be provided

This workshop is your opportunity to invest in yourself and lead with purpose, resilience, and well-being AND connect with other like minded women in a safe space.
