Welly Green Thinks - Spring Edition
Event description
Although architecture is a confluence of styles, cultures, amenity, and technical delivery, it is the ‘site’ which buildings are most vehemently shaped by, and yet the land they are located on often loses touch with critical pathways to solving systemic sustainability issues. Tina will discuss this proposition, her observations in practice and what decisions get prioritised, and how we can be more conscientious about land use.
Tina Williams is a NZ registered architect and current chair of Te Kahui Whaihanga – NZ Institute of Architects Wellington Branch, and has worked on numerous residential and community projects.
Be part of the conversation that aims to shape sustainable and resilient futures for our communities.
We can’t wait to see you there!
