Entry instructions

Wellycon is on the first floor of Tākina. If you are a Patron, make your way to the top floor to wait for the doors to open for you at 8.30am. Otherwise, once you enter the ground floor, look for the sign for the Wellycon queue or visit Zephyr Cafe to have a Wellycon breakfast (just say you're with Wellycon and they'll tell you what the special offers are). People in the Wellycon side of the cafe are considered in the queue. Once doors open at 9am, you will make your way up the escalators to reception. Please have your tickets ready to scan.

Hazards

There is lift access for those who need it. A sign at the lift will tell you how to get access on the day; please text the number listed and someone will come to swipe you up.

Toilet location

All toilet areas in Tākina have accessible toilets.
