  14. Add-ons - Intro to Call of Cthulu

Ever wondered what Call of Cthulu is all about? now's the time to explore with hosts Karl & Dom.

    1. Intro to Call of Cthulu - SAT 10am - Last Will and Testament of Professor McTavish
Intro to Call of Cthulu - SAT 10am - Last Will and Testament of Professor McTavish

The Last Will and Testament of Professor McTavish. Ernest McTavish died last week. The former chair of the Miskatonic University archaeology department once earned a reputation as a daredevil who unearthed some of Central America's most important archaeological finds. But he suffered a crippling spinal injury in the field and spiraled into madness eight years ago. Professor McTavish’s will specified that an artifact he took (most people would say stole) from the Miskatonic Exhibit Museum should be returned upon his demise. Miskatonic University has appointed you as a special investigative team to travel to McTavish’s mausoleum to find the figurine and return it to its rightful place in the Miskatonic Exhibit Museum. This is a one-shot scenario for 2-4 players set in the classic Call of Cthulhu 1920s setting and is expected to run approx 2hrs. It is open to players of all levels of experience aged 13 and older. Pre-generated characters will be provided by your host Karl. Please make your way to the game location 15 MINUTES beforehand to check in to ensure that we know everyone has arrived and we can start promptly.

There has been no response to radio messages - is anyone, or anything, waiting in the darkened ship? This is a one-shot scenario for 2-4 players using the Pulp Cthulhu rules and based in the Achtung! Cthulhu setting published by Modiphius. It is expected to run approx 2 hrs. It is open to players of all levels of experience aged 13 and older.
