West Coast Weekend Trip

A weekend away on the wild West Coast, eradicating gorse and montpelier broom near Ocean Beach and camping in Strahan.

We were postponed due to weather earlier this year, but we are looking forward to finally getting back out west this September! We will be carpooling from the TUSA carpark in Sandy Bay on Friday the 4th, with petrol kindly covered through Landcare Tasmania with donations from the Elsie Cameron fund. The plan is to stop for a short bushwalk on the way, then spend the weekend camping out and helping old friends with their Landcare efforts (focused around the Henty Rivermouth and Ocean Beach track).

Dinner Friday & Saturday night + lunch on Saturday & Sunday will be provided.
