Down with Dope! Up with Hope! This was just one of the battle cries of Herman Wrice, the famed Philadelphian Activist who defeated gun Violence throughout the United States. Using community marches, vigils, and events Herman Wrice led communities to fight and defeat the violence and crime caused by the cocaine-crack epidemic of the 80's and 90's.
