Guiding you through this extraordinary wine dinner will be Patrick Crobett, the managing director and co-founder of Singlefile Wines who will lead you on a captivating journey through the remarkable wines and rich narrative of Singlefile Wines. This rare occasion offers the chance to savour exclusive, limited-edition wines whilst connecting with the passionate individuals behind their creation.
These wines are the purest expression of this unique terroir, handpicked from premium cool-climate sites to ensure outstanding quality. Honoured with prestigious titles like James Halliday’s Dark Horse Winery of the Year in 2014 and acclaimed as the "Most Improved Winery in Western Australia" by Ray Jordan.

Patrick Corbett
Managing director and Co-Founder of Singlefile Wines
Patrick and Pam Corbett are the co-owners of Singlefile Wines, with Patrick leading the way as CEO and Pam the driving force behind the running of the business. With two young children, both their lives are very full. Patrick is the Managing Director and co-founder of Singlefile Wines, a boutique wine producer based in the Great Southern wine region of Western Australia. He has over 15 years of experience in the wine industry, leading the business from its inception in 2008 to its current success and recognition as one of the premium wine producers in the country. He oversees all aspects of the business, from grower management, production, finance, marketing, and sales. Patrick manages a team of talented and passionate professionals.
