Notice of Annual General Meeting

You are invited to the Annual General Meeting of the Mornington Peninsula and Western Port Biosphere Foundation Ltd

Thursday 26th November: 4.45pm for a 5pm start at Somers Yacht Club, Somers.

Ample parking available onsite.

We hope to welcome many of you in person, online attendance is also available. If choosing to join us online, a link will be sent to you prior to the event.

This year’s Annual General Meeting is more than a formal update. It’s a chance to hear directly from the staff and board who are working across the Western Port Biosphere Reserve, and to be part of the conversation about its future.

We’ll share the stories behind the past year’s work: the partnerships formed, the habitat restored, the communities engaged. Then we’ll turn our eyes forward, exploring the projects and priorities shaping the reserve in the years ahead, including our work on biolinks, the living corridors that reconnect fragmented landscapes so wildlife can move, feed, breed and adapt. 

The agenda, minutes of last year’s AGM and proxy forms as well as the 2026 Impact Report and Financials will be available on our website closer to the AGM
