Western Sydney Aboriginal Justice Conference
Event description
The Western Sydney Aboriginal Justice Conference, co-led by Legal Aid NSW, the Aboriginal Legal Service (ALS) and the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ), is an opportunity to enhance your connections and expand your practice working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients in Western Sydney, while building stronger partnerships between government organisations, community and legal service providers.
This one-day community Conference will bring together solicitors, community services, Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations (ACCOs) and court users in Western Sydney, and highlight practices designed to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people with ongoing civil and criminal proceedings.
