Western Port Environmental Stewardship Meeting
Event description
Join us to discuss the environmental stewardship of local beaches.
We'll bring together beachcombers, environmental groups, and passionate community members to discuss the future of beach clean-up monitoring in Western Port.
The goal is to identify beach clean-up sites that can be registered as official monitoring locations for marine debris. We would love for you to join us, share your insights, and help shape this important environmental effort.
Your involvement in this initiative will help:
Establish regular monitoring to track and reduce marine debris in Western Port.
Strengthen data collection efforts and contribute valuable insights to the national Australian Marine Debris Initiative (AMDI) Network.
Ensure the continued health of our local beaches and marine ecosystems.
Your voice matters. Together, we can make a real difference in protecting our beautiful beaches.
Please RSVP by April 12th to confirm your attendance. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to heidi@tangaroablue.org
