Prepare to identify your workforce needs by understanding and clarifying your business goals and strategic plan 

Join us for Workshop 1, to better understand your workforce needs and align them with your business goals. 

In this practical session, you will explore the benefits of having a business plan, understand the key components of a business plan, and apply strategic analysis models to begin building a clear plan to support your business goals. 

What you’ll gain: 

• A clearer understanding of why business planning is important  

• How to use strategic analysis to understand your environment 

• Practical tools to begin creating or reviewing your own business plan  

Your next steps: 

1. Register for this workshop or all seven, depending on your business needs.  

2. Once registered, you’ll receive confirmation emails from Humanitix and Zoom. Be sure to save your Zoom session details, by adding them to your calendar. 

3. If you are not already a Workforce Evolve participant, please register for the free Workforce Evolve program to access the tools, templates and personalised support available through the program.

Please note: Registration for Workforce Evolve is required to participate in the workshop series and to access support towards becoming Workforce Evolve Verified. 

All sessions run online for 90minutes.
