Event description

The most useful tool at the moment for all early-stage entrepreneurs looking at pivoting their business to leverage the current situation is the Lean Canvas.

This is a hands-on workshop to help you understand how to evaluate how to pivot quickly and efficiently using the Lean Canvas. It's a jump-in-the-trenches-with-me kind of workshop.

Please register here to join: https://us02web.zoom.us/webina...

Julien Marchand will give a 15-minute overview of the concept and then the rest is all about applying it to one's real-life business with an experienced entrepreneur, and addressing your questions with a Q&A session.

We learn best by doing!

If you would like to be coached live for free following the workshop, contact Julien at julien@julienmarchand.co with your idea and your vision.

Key Takeaways

- Learn to evaluate your next step (hibernate, pivot, do nothing) quickly
- Apply the theory of a proven tool on your business
- Get the 'how-to' to see your entire business model in one page, and the bird's eye view as to how all the elements of your business link with each other.

About the Speaker

Julien is a part-time academic in entrepreneurship, part-time startup coach, and full-time turtle dad! In summary, he is like a turtle who lives and breathes in harmony with all these different worlds. He is a turtle dad ;)

At UTS he helps mature students enrolled in the MBA in Entrepreneurship to build business outcomes for their ventures and develop entrepreneurial competencies for themselves. At Fishburners, he does the same for the entrepreneurs who are a part of the Future Up program.

He does so by leveraging his own experience: a decade spent in corporate selling and implementing innovation (Ernst & Young, Telstra & boutique consulting firms) and then almost a decade in academia, researching how people become entrepreneurs and sharing in class how to apply the most practical entrepreneurial frameworks and tools (UTS, USC, Swinburne & AIB).
