The Parents & Friends Wheelers Hill Branch Subcommittee, together with Ms Imogen Whiting, Head of Wheelers Hill Junior Campus and Mr Matt Corbett, Head of Campus, invites you to attend this special event.
Carols Concert 2024
Date:Â Friday, 29 November 2024
Time:Â 5:00 pm - 8:00 pmÂ
Venue:Â Memorial Hall, Wheelers Hill Campus
Tickets: $5 per adult /students are free (Students performing on the night do not require a ticket)
Students across the campus (Junior, Middle and Senior Schools) will be carolling on stage, so bring along your loudest and proudest singing voices and join in the Christmas cheer!
Your ticket will include:
- a song book
- a candle (batteries included)
The P&F will provide songbooks and candles upon entry on the day of the event. Please ensure you book your tickets in advance, as seating will be limited. Those without a ticket on the day will be directed to the function room where the event will be live-streamed.
The evening will run as follows:
- 5:00 pm arrival and pre-mingle (Food trucks will be serving food)
- 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm Carols Concert
- 7:00 pm - 7:15 pm Surprise Visit
- 7:15 pm - 8:00 pm Bands will be playing in the garden, food trucks will be serving food, Christmas Mocktails will be served by the P&F - Time to mingle and enjoy the music outside
As is customary, the school is collecting gifts for children this Christmas with their long-time partners Anglicare, Dixon House. The priority this year is non-perishable foods for hampers (canned soups, tinned fruit, cereal etc), grocery vouchers and toys (sports equipment, board games, lego, etc). If you can help in any way, please bring your gifts to the Carols Concert Event. These gifts can be placed under the giving tree and a portion of the proceeds from the sale of these tickets will also be donated to Anglicare, Dixon House.
If you wish to make an additional donation, please do so directly via Humanitix when booking your ticket(s).

- No alcohol to be brought onto campus or consumed at this event
- No glass allowed
- Strictly NO PETS allowed.
