Workshop 1 of a 2 day online event series will introduce you to the themes of our full 8 workshop series

Our aim is to advance Māori health and well-being through the development of culturally informed and relevant research, healthcare service delivery and professional practice.

Workshop 1 key topics include:

  • What it means to be a Tiriti Partner

  • Structural racism and cultural discrimination

  • Deficit framing of Māori

  • Equity vs equality
