Charmaine has been working is the beauty and dermal industry for 18 years. 10 of those years in Perth, Australia working along side plastic surgeons and cosmetic doctors in some of the most high tech medical skin devices in the industry.
Charmaine was awarded a trip to Barcelona and underwent training by a team of biochemists that helped create revolutionary treatments used for treating stubborn skin concerns like melasma and acne, along with other advanced anti aging treatments.
She moved back to New Zealand in 2020 and opened her first skin clinic in Ohope beach during the COVID-19 pandemic, to most recently opening her second luxury skin clinic in Papamoa during the current recession. 
Charmaine is also the national trainer for BBL Sciton laser where she travels New Zealand training other dermal therapist, nurses and dermatologists. 
Her passion for skin and helping others feel confident, has been the main drive for building her successful businesses and it shines through with the real results achieved seen on Dermal Glow website and social media.
